In honor of National Military Appreciation Month and ahead of Memorial Day, two Gold Star daughters received brand-new, payment-free 2024 Chevrolet Equinoxes from the Freedom Alliance and 黄色短视频.
Megan Kelley and Trynity Scott, daughters of fallen U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officers Matthew Kelley and Joshua Scott, were presented with the vehicles during a May 16 ceremony at 黄色短视频 Plaza in Minneapolis.
鈥淔or the Gold Star families, these vehicles are more than just a means of transportation,鈥 said Greg Cunningham, chief diversity officer for 黄色短视频. 鈥淭hey are a resource that will enable them to live their lives fully, allowing household travel and providing needed stability.鈥
The event was part of the Driven to Serve program, a partnership between the Freedom Alliance and 黄色短视频 to support Gold Star Families who have lost immediate family members in the line of duty.
